Kickstart
In order for us to be able to support you, you’ll have to install a program that allows us to logon remote. There’s plenty of software to choose from – here’s how to install LogMeIn.
Run LogMeIn.msi, a software that we’ll send to you.
The first picture appears, click “Next”
Click “Next”
Click “I Agree” if you agree with the Terms and Conditions.
Choose “Typical” or “Custom” and click “Next”
Enter your name and click “Next”
Choose where to install LogMeIn, click “Next”
After a couple of minutes, the install is complete.
That’s it – now we can support you remotely!
